To book on-line, simply enter the information for the holiday week(s) you require then click on “Book Now!” We will then ask for your name, address, telephone number and details of your credit card for payment, guiding you through the booking process.
Please let us know – we occasionally have cancellations or requests to change holiday arrangements and we will do our best to help you.
For holidays of more than one week, check that the lodge you would like is available for both/all weeks required and repeat this step for both/all weeks. If we do not availability in the same lodge for your preferred dates, please contact us and we will try our best to help.
Paying for your holiday
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta.
If you are shopping from overseas, your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.
If you don’t trust the Internet with your credit card details, no problem. Proceed with your booking and select “Send Credit Card details separately”. You can then fax, phone or post your details to us – a form is provided to ensure you provide us with the necessary details.
One third of the cost of your holiday is payable at the time of booking, with the balance being payable 10 weeks before your holiday starts – we will automatically collect this and advise you. If your holiday is due to start within 10 weeks of the booking date, the full balance will be collected.
